Insurrection
Insurrection are a relatively new band on the North Buckinghamshire circuit who are in the process of establishing themselves on the scene and building a core base of listeners.

Comprising the classic power trio line up of guitar, bass and drums, Insurrection deliver a blistering set of highly charged rock and blues in the style of some of the classic rock bands from the seventies and eighties.

Insurrection understand the need to tailor their music to your clients taste. Consequently, they can perform either a covers set, or a predominantly original set. The feel can be biased either towards rock or blues, or a mixture of both. The quality of Insurrection’s output can be sampled on their demo CD – ‘The Revolution Starts Here’.

Insurrection have started to add some sixties influenced material to their repertoire should the occasion demand, including a number of soul classics.

Above all, Insurrection’s main aim is to entertain the audience with fine musicianship, humour and a definite sense of enjoying the occasion.

The Shore

The Shore mainly play in the midlands area of the UK but would consider bookings anywhere depending on fee. We play pubs, clubs, weddings, corporate events, festivals you name it!
The Shore have easily enough material for a 3+ hour set and we have all our own professional equipment and transport to provide a really good nights entertainment. We can even supply a DJ as well as our drummer is also a professional Dj with all the necessary equipment.
It all started out in a shed in John’s garden with a group of mates who all shared a passion for music, hearing it live and played well. Many a summer’s eve was spent jamming and having a good time and although the line-up has changed dramatically, the attitude has remained the same…. “Good Music & Good Mates!”
The Shore has constantly gained momentum and during it’s first few gigs with the current line up, reports have quoted:- “The Shore are a brilliant band”, “best band we have ever booked!” and many more encouraging compliments…. We are definitely on the right track!!!
The only original member remaining in the band is the main man up-front, Pete, who hails from Ireland but is now located in Derby . Pete has stuck with the band all the way and even though still young he has vast and varied experience of many different styles and eras; funk, jazz, blues and many others, plus his personal favourite… Rock!
Next in was the man with the big bass sound, Ryan. Coming from Leicester, Ryan has many years experience playing in a number of bands and has been looking for something great to get his teeth into and then the Shore called!
The opportunity for a drummer came about and Ryan called upon a guy he had recently worked with, Daz. Just before joining The Shore, Ryan and Daz had started a band but had failed to find the singer that they deserved. Daz is based in Castle Donington and is a seasoned drummer, musician, DJ and producer running a small studio from home. Daz lives and breathes music and was so excited to find a band with such talent and a great, pro-active attitude.
The final piece if the puzzle was when the guitarist slot became vacant and Pete called upon a guy who was talented, versatile and professional. Roy, who is in high demand as a guitar teacher at his home town of Burton, had played in bands with Pete for a number of years and was without a doubt the guitarist for The Shore.
So, with the line-up now complete, The Shore have played their first few gigs and have received a great reception…. and there is more to come!
Recognizing their versatility and natural musical bond, The Shore are planning to extend their repertoire to cover differing styles of music for occasions such as Weddings and corporate events and also take advantage of the fact that singer, Pete, is also an accomplished guitarist. But don’t fear, there will always be plenty of Rock gigs for these talented music mates to enjoy!

party atmosphere whether the venue is a pub, club, corporate function, or music festival. the show is suitable for
every age group, occasion and venue.
THE SET
The lights go down, a deep bass drone increases with intensity as the atmosphere builds - the lights go up
and the sets underway with those unmistakable opening chords of the mighty Status Quo's Caroline -
OPEN ROAD are up and running, and for the next couple of hours the crowd will be rocking to the
anthems from Roxy Music, Billy Idol, Chuck Berry, Iggy Pop, The Rolling Stones, the Undertones, Free,
The Commitments, Primal Scream, Guns n Roses and a whole lot more!!!

strive to deliver time after time. The band's measure of success is not the size of it's fee, the standing of the

11 Rivers are a 4 piece Rock band based in Northampton England who
write and perform "unique rock music".
They are currently working on their debut demo album which is
due to be released in 2007, followed by a nationwide tour.
The band have massed a strong loyal following which is turning heads
within the music industry.

The 69's
Alternative / Indie / Rock
Formed from some (not all) Reminants of Edison and Lazarus, early in 2006 and have spent the last year writing and preparing for there coming recording "lonliness makes you sick...."
THE 69's are a 3-piece alternative rock band (though we try not to be constrained to one genre!) heavly influnced by bands such as Joy Division, Led Zeppelin, Radiohead, The Verve, Nirvana, Kings of leon, Jeff Buckley, The Cure, The Pixies, The Foo Fighters.. (the list is endless!!!)
Songsmith/singer Chris Ward (former singer with lazarus!) has picked up his guitar and now leads The 69's with brother Matt Ward Following on drums (former lazarus drummer), School Friend Dean Leaker (former Eddison Guitarist) has now put down his guitar and has picked the bass to complete the 3piece.
The 69's deliver dark, stark soundscapes and soulful melodic alternative rock.

Description: Whiteroom are from Northampton, England. The band consists of 4 members: Craig Burgess (Drums), James Ryan (Vocals), Carl Hayter (Guitar) and Chris Aveyard (Bass). 6 months. The band was originally formed over 3 years ago but circumstances brought about a line up change in october 2006. In that time the band has developed a sound that is made of enticing guitar riffs and punchy bass lines that goes hand in hand with the catchy yet powerful emotive lyrics. Fast forward to now and the band are going as strong as ever. The line-up changed in late 2006 when Chris Aveyard joined the band to replace Ewan on bass, who had decided that his future was not with Whiteroom. The current members of the band have found a real chemistry in the group and the future is once again looking promising for the young foursome. The band have re-invented themselves with a sound that remains faithful to the pop rock their fans know and love, but has pushed the boundaries and fused a range of different provocative elements to create a new exciting sound. There is a brilliantly blended sound that ranges from 0's bands such as the Cure to the lyrics that would not be out of place on any Snow Patrol track, to catchy riffs and hooks that brought fame to bands such as Blink 182 or The Killers. The song writing process is an equal effort between all the members and all ideas are welcomed then worked on and debated and tried. It is perhaps this open minded mentality that will play a huge factor in the bands future. |

The Curvy Love Dogz
The Curvy Love Dogz! were formed late 2005 following their escape from an animal research laboratory.
Genetically modified for added groove, they decided to mark their territory around the South Midlands with a mixture of soft rock covers and diverse original material
Being busy players, the boys relish the musical purity that is afforded by the three piece format, giving each player plenty of space to express themselves.

The boys have played some cracking gigs, and have enjoyed being booked at a number of private parties, going from strength to strength at every venue

Mustang Blue are a 5 piece covers band who also have a sound engineer who can play disco music
so they can give a customer an all round package.
They play ALL types of music, from the 50's to present day, covering such artists as the
Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Queen, Status Quo, Chuck Berry, Garry Moore, Van Morrison,
The Kinks and many many more.
Mustang Blue have played in every type of venue from small pubs and clubs
to stadiums and festivals in Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Warwickshire,
Leicestershire and London.
They are a very entertaining and energetic band who really know how to have a
good time and create a party atmosphere. They are asked to return time and time again.
